- Go to: Start/Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs
- Select Add/Remove Windows Components
- Select Networking Services
- Click Details button
- Uncheck Internet Gateway Device Discovery and Control Client
- Finish installation and restart computer
Note: if system asks for additional file to finish installation you can use any WinXp CD from any computer or try to find that file from your computer.

- Go to: Wireless Network Icon/Right Click and select 'Open Network Connections'
- Right Click on 'Wireless Network Connection' and select 'Properties'
- General Tab/Click on 'Internet Protocol(TCP/IP)' and click on 'Properties' button
- Click 'Advanced..' button
- WINS tab/NetBIOS Settings/select 'Disable NetBIOS over TCP/IP'
- Click 'OK' button
