Q. How can I fix jerky webpage scrolling?
A. Two ways:
1. Right-click on Desktop -> Properties -> Settings -> Advanced button -> Troubleshoot tab -> Set Hardware acceleration to Disable cursor and bitmap acceleration. Click Apply and OK.
It will work with any web browsers and especially with IE8.
2. For IE8: Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced tab -> Browsing -> uncheck 'Enable visual style on buttons and controls in webpages'
