Why tire pressure light is on?

Q. Why tire pressure light is on?
A. I fixed this problem with simple technique: inflate all tires more than 5 - 10psi or even more
if light is on,
wait about 30min - 1hour. Next deflate the tires to normal psi. Done.

A transmitter with a tire pressure sensor is located inside the each tire's air valve stem.
The sensor contains a battery. Battery life is 10 years or 100,000 miles. When the battery fails the whole assembly must be replaced.
