A. To increase your computer speed for Web buy another piece
of RAM. Win XP takes more memory than Win98.
Right Click on My Computer icon and choose Properties.
General tab will show you the value of RAM.
For good speed for WEB you need not less 512MB RAM for WinXP.
Service pack 2 only designed for WinXP.
Win98 is not upgradeable for any other Windows service pack.
